Zoe is the Chief Investigator on the iFraP trial and is a Reader and Honorary Consultant in Rheumatology at the Haywood Metabolic Bone Centre in Stoke-on-Trent and the Primary Care Centre Versus Arthritis at Keele University. She is Clinical Lead of the Haywood Metabolic Bone Centre which includes the North Staffordshire Fracture Liaison and DXA service. She also leads the Keele osteoporosis research group with specific interests in primary care management of osteoporosis and clinician-patient communication
Laurna is the Associate Investigator on the iFraP trial and is a Research Associate working in the School of Medicine, Keele University. She has a background in health psychology, with interests in person centred care, shared decision-making and healthcare communication.
Ida Bentley is a lay member of the team. Her knowledge base and contribution to the group is as a person with osteoporosis. She has a particular interest in collaborative, co-productive approaches to healthcare as well as promoting fairer access to healthcare services.
This study has been reviewed and given favourable opinion by East of Scotland Research Ethics Service (reference: 22/ES/0038).
